To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@simjewelco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-returnable Items
